Despite your core strengths, setting up
a tax exempt non-profit means that you will have to deal
with the intricacies of the IRS. Why should you get frustrated
wondering what sense to make of all the stacks of forms
you downloaded from the Web?
Our extensive experience allows us to professionally draft
your 501(c)3 application. We have helped many non-profit
organizations save time and precious resources, allowing
them to dedicate themselves to fundraising as well as fostering
relationships that are vital to achieving their goals.
Non-Profit Incorporation Formation
- $75 + State Fees
We can form a non-profit corporation in
any of the 50 states. Our corporation package includes:
- Company name availability check for
the state you select
- Preparation and filing of your articles
of incorporation
- Payment of the state filing fees for
your selected state
- Payment of the initial franchise tax
(if this tax is due upon filing of the articles)
501(c)3 Exemption Application -
$499 + Gov Fees
Our $499 legal fee includes
preparation of the necessary forms and supporting documents
for the IRS and state tax revenue boards, reviewing and
amending the organizing documents and preparation of corporate
bylaws.
We don't just prepare forms, we offer a guided approach
to obtaining a 501(c)3 exemption and can answer a wide range
of legal questions. Our philosophy is to meet the needs
of our clients and walk them through the entire 501(c)3
application process by providing exceptional service and
support. View our schedule
of fees.
Although we cannot guarantee or predict
the outcome of any legal matter, in the unlikely event that
the IRS denies the tax exempt status for your organization,
we will refund both our legal fees and the IRS government
fees. We simply do not take on cases that we don't think
will qualify for tax-exempt status.
After you decide to use our firm, we will
provide you with a brief online questionnaire and consult
with you over the phone to obtain the information which
we need for the application.
All documents required to obtain recognition
of tax-exempt status are then prepared, including worksheets,
schedules, and exhibits. The completed application is then
submitted to the IRS and state tax boards.
When dealing with something as important
as the creation of your non-profit organization, you should
be very careful who you trust to help you. Who you hire
to represent you can have a profound effect on the outcome
of your exemption status.
When it comes to matters of trust, there is no better place
to turn than a law firm. We are an established non-profit
law firm in the profession of serving the new and ongoing
needs of charitable and nonprofit organizations. We know
the systems and procedures that will benefit you in the
long term; we have spent many years fine-tuning a way of
working that will suit our clients.
