Patel & Alumit specializes in non-profit and tax exempt law and has over the past few years, represented a wide variety of organizations—from the smallest to the largest—on a broad spectrum of non-profit legal matters.

Founded in 1999, our firm has grown to employ three attorneys, and several paralegals with specialized expertise.

Evan Anderson , Esq. evan@taxexemptionlaw.com Received his Bachelor of Arts at Colby College in Maine where he majored in Sociology. Attended Golden Gate University School of Law an was admitted to the State Bar of California as well as and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
