Patel & Alumit specializes in non-profit

Founded in 1999, our firm has grown to
employ three attorneys, and several paralegals with specialized
expertise.

Alex Patel is founder of the law firm Patel & Alumit, which provides comprehensive legal counsel to tax-exempt organizations, foundations and charitable donors. Clients include health, educational, religious, environmental, arts, political, and professional organizations throughout the U.S. and abroad. Currently emphasized areas of counsel include: corporate formation and governance, executive compensation and excess benefits, tax compliance, nonprofit/for-profit structures, and the taxation of unrelated business income.
A graduate in Business Administration
from California State University Northridge and Pepperdine
Law School, Malibu CA. Admitted to the State Bar of
California and the United States District Court for
the Central District of California.
Mr. Patel also serves as a board member of Youth Head Start, a 501c3 organization which provides entrepreneur training for at risk youth. |
